what does the venue fee include?

A venue fee is the cost for usage of a venue for a specific amount of time, plus the fundamental items for your event, such as house tables, chairs, and linens. The venue fee does not include the food & beverage minimum - both costs vary depending on the venue and date you choose.

what is the food and beverage minimum?

The food and beverage minimum varies by venue and date. Larger or premium venues require a higher minimum, while smaller spaces have lower requirements. Prime days, such as Saturdays, carry higher minimums, whereas weekdays, Fridays, and Sundays have lower minimums.

are custom wedding packages available?

Yes, we offer a "Build Your Own Package" where you can design the menu with a variety of hors d'oeuvres, sides, and entrées. As a destination resort with 15 different venues, you can use a combination of spaces to create a bespoke experience, from an intimate ceremony spot to a large ballroom reception or a welcome party and farewell brunch.

can we bring our own alcohol, or do you provide bar packages?

You cannot bring your own alcohol to the resort. The venue is fully licensed and requires that all alcoholic beverages be purchased through their in-house bar services. Alcohol is available as an additional cost to your standard wedding package. The resort offers various bar packages that can include a full selection of beer, wine, and liquor. You may also have the option of a A La Carte, where you pay based on the specific drinks your guests order. The wedding coordinators can work with you to customize bar options to fit your preferences, such as having signature drinks, within the provided packages.
