Our Wedding Consultants assist with overseeing all food, beverage, and venue set up for your event. They are not day-of-wedding coordinators, so we highly recommend hiring a professional coordinator who can manage the overall event details. We can provide a list of recommended wedding planners who are familiar with our venues and have worked with us before.
what happens if it rains on our wedding day? what are the backup options?
We have a comprehensive weather contingency plan, offering indoor backup options for outdoor wedding venues if it rains. You will work with your wedding consultant to pre-plan the rain alternative indoor location within the resort. The resort has multiple elegant indoor ballrooms and other covered spaces. For light rain or transitioning between covered areas, you might consider providing umbrellas or a warm beverage station to ensure guest comfort.
is catering in-house?
All catering is handled in-house by our culinary team. Our chefs can create custom menus tailored to your event, including build-your-own buffets and special meal requests. For specific cultural or religious culinary needs, we do offer an Outside Catering Package along with a list of approved catering vendors.
are Transportation services provided between venues?
Yes, we provide a shuttle or trolley service for overnight guests to various locations around the resort, which can aid in getting guests from their accommodations or the main parking areas to the specific venue locations. Please reach out to our team for specific questions about transportation, as charges may apply.
do you have a preferred vendor list?
Yes, we work with a variety of preferred vendors for weddings such as photography, videography, décor, entertainment, and more. Your wedding consultant will provide you with the preferred vendor list during your event planning process.
do you host multiple weddings per day?
Yes, we host several weddings each day in our separate venue spaces. However, we do not host two events at the same venue on the same day. The venues are spread out across the expansive property, so guests from different weddings rarely intermix. The resort employs a large event staff and multiple wedding specialists to ensure each wedding runs seamlessly and receives dedicated attention.
